The breakfast was fantastic! There was no yogurt or hard boiled eggs Sunday and Monday mornings. We did not notice that the breakfast on Tuesday ended at 9 AM instead of 10 AM. We entered at 9:20 and the staff was good enough to give us some of the leftover from the back and it was very appreciated. The room was really spacious and extremely clean. The bathroom was updated and the water pressure was great. Our view of lake Michigan could not have been more beautiful. The staff was very friendly and receptive. I have to commend the late night staff. Is I left my phone at the popcorn machine and they retrieved it immediately and brought it to my room.

Perfect location, access to the boardwalk along the lake just across the street. Staff very courteous and responsive to needs. The heating unit was not working in our assigned room. The problem was given immediate attention. It could not be fixed so we were relocated to another room. Fresh popped popcorn was a pleasant treat.

Convenient & clean. The staff was super friendly and the 🍿 popcorn machine was awesome. Breakfast was adequate and the coffee was excellent. The hotel is well loved and if you are persnickety you may complain about the not quite modern accommodations. However, this place IS clean and safe!

The location of this property is great. The lake views and walking trail directly across the street was a welcome surprise. Additionally, the property shares a parking lot with a Big Boy restaurant that serves a delicious breakfast.
